The use of recycled materials, in addition to a significant reduction in production costs, causes positive environmental effects. Gives that according to the three basic principles, production according to specifications, continuous and quality production, timely delivery is a guarantee of quality production.
- History
Producers were willing to utilize recycled materials to reduce the prime cost due to the increased value of Dollar compared to Rial in 2018, however they could not achieve this goal due to the lack of a persistent and technically knowledgeable supplier. The Pooyesh Expertise Group has identified this gap in the field of polymer and thus established and operated the factory within one year which turned to be a new event in plastic material engineering and recycling market. Despite of the hard problems on the way, the group has obtained a suitable market share in plastic material recycling industry.

- Polypropylene homopolymer granule
Supplying the uniform homopolymer granules is one of the most important concerns of automobile parts manufacturers and compounders. The product is obtained through recycling various jumbo-bags, sacks, labels.
- Polypropylene copolymer granules
The quality of propylene may be remarkably reduced after recycling. Through technical knowledge, suitable equipment and intelligently supplying the raw materials, this is possible to obtain the end product with the least quality loss so the petrochemical materials have obtained up to 150% competition share at the stock market.
- Polyamide granules
Since no Iranian petrochemical factory produces polyamide, the entire raw material is supplied through import. There is a strong demand for its recycled products too. Through separation, washing and special additives we can easily produce recycled PA6 granule in as relatively high quality as new materials.
