Brief description of the project
Paint waste is a special and dangerous waste. If enters the environment, it will cause severe pollution of water, soil, etc., and should be decontaminated in principle and accordance with the rules and regulations in environmental organizations. A common method for decontaminating this type of waste is to burn it in high-temperature furnaces, which requires a lot of money. Also, due to the presence of aromatic compounds in the resin used in the production of this type of paint, combustion is not complete and the resulting gases cause severe air pollution. On the other hand, the ash left over from incineration contains oxides of various heavy metals and by transferring them to the soil, it causes soil contamination and consequently groundwater. In the proposed method, in addition to the fact that no waste is transferred to the environment, all products in different industries are reused and this method can be considered as an environmentally friendly method and also prevents the waste of capital in the preparation of raw materials.
